HDS-14LSXE + RJ7W + Airline Kit

HDS-14SLXE

The HDS-14LSXE is the “limo style” variant of the HDS14LSX. When compared to the standard-length version, this alignment lift extends the overall length of the lift, as well as the runways by 30”. This significant increase makes it possible to load longer cars, trucks, SUVs as well as some limousines.

The HDS-14LSX comes standard with multi-caster slip plates in the back and turn plates in the front which will allow for extremely precise, free-floating alignment.

Since this lift includes dual, recessed turn plate pockets, you’ll be able to position the corrosion-resistant, galvanized plates in the spot where they’ll be best suited for individual vehicle positioning. With these turn plates, you’ll have far more clearance for equipment installations.

A ½” diameter 6 x 25 aircraft-quality, stainless-steel lifting cables run through each of the four columns. They have been engineered for non-stop use and are completely resistant to rubbing and other abrasions such as weather, chemicals, and hydraulic oil.

RJ7W

The RJ7W is a 7,000 lb. capacity rolling bridge jack which was made for the HDS-14 series four-post lift. Every rolling jack comes complete with three safety-lock positions and stackable pad adapters to provide added clearance when needed.

This rolling bridge jack comes with easy-roll wheels which fit onto the runway channels on standard four-post lift models with a lifting capacity of 14,000 or greater. With it, you’ll be able to receive an effortless gliding along the runways for easy positioning and adjustability. BendPak has designed the RJ7W to feature hardened stainless-steel with a zinc-plating for maximum durability.

Because different suspension rigs and vehicle bodies sit at different heights above the ground, the RJ7W rubber contact pads come with stackable adapters. This will let you reach the lift points without sacrificing how much rise you get out of the jack. These adapters work on every vehicle type; all you need to know is whether the RJ7W is the right jack for what you want to lift.

The RJ7W rolling bridge jack has a single, air-hydraulic pump which has been fitted to the side of your RJ7W rolling bridge jack. Your car lift has its own electric-hydraulic system which runs independently of your jack’s. Once you connect the air line to the jack, which needs 125 PSI and 10-2 CFM, you can activate the jack with an easy-to-use foot pedal.

You’ll want your operators to work in comfort, so that’s why BendPak has designed the RJ7W to have multiple lock levels. The rolling bridge jacks can be lifted to three different positions, and lock automatically as the jack rises and release together as the jack descends. The car lift operations are separate from those of the bridge jack.

Airline Kit

BendPak's Airline Kit comes with adapter fittings that will allow you to connect airlines to your rolling bridge jack air/hydraulic pumps. Once the fittings installed, you’ll only need one hose to provide air for both of your rolling bridge jacks. Not only does this simplify the process, but the fittings in the airline kit will also let you hide the airline up and away, mounting the airlines securely to the bottom of your lift’s runways.

Messy airlines do two things: they look awful, and they’re a huge tripping hazard. With this kit, you’ll have peace of mind while you work, and it comes with everything that you’ll need to give your four-post lift, as well as your shop, a clean and efficient setup.
