Overview
This kit is ideal for work on farms and ranches, auto applications, or on-site repair work. This kit uses 208/230V and has a maximum output of 180 Amps. The MST 180i is Spool Gun capable for aluminum MIG welding. It also has a welding output at 145°F. STICK (SMAW) has 175 Amps with 27 volts at 20% duty cycle and a welding output at 104° and has 140 Amps with 25.6 volts at 30% duty cycle. TIG (GWAM) has 175 amps with 17 volts at 25% duty cycle and a welding output of 104°F with 160 amps with 16.4 volts at 30% duty cycle. The MST 180i has a wirefeed speed range of 100-650 IPM, and the maximum plate thickness of ¼”.
