Introducing the SpeedPlate EBA v3 System, the pinnacle of wheel balancing solutions. It’s widely acknowledged in the industry that a significant portion, at least 70%, of wheel balancing accuracy hinges on the quality of clamping tools rather than the wheel balancer itself. To achieve optimal balancing results and ensure a smooth ride for the vehicle, it’s imperative to center and torque the wheel onto the balancing machine in the same manner as when it’s mounted onto the vehicle.

Overview

Large remount errors occur when a wheel is balanced to 0-0, taken off the balancer, remounted, and balanced again. If, upon remounting, the balancer indicates a new unbalance, prompting the addition of more wheel weights, the issue likely stems from either worn-out clamping tools or the incorrect selection of clamping tool. Vibration Solutions understands the fast, rough, and tough high-volume shops need specialized tools. The SpeedPlate EBA v3 has been designed to uphold accuracy even after years of rigorous use. Just rotate one gear and the other gears will follow along. Wheel balancing is optimized through the use of interchangeable Torque Tips, which mirror the shape of lug nuts and therefore fit steel and alloy wheels correctly. Only the torque tips touch the wheel during balancing preventing potential damage to the surface of costly wheels.

Gears are designed to release from the plate if dropped on a concrete floor avoiding damage. Simply snap back on and it is ready to use again without losing accuracy. (Patented).
Engineered and tested for 400,000 cycles. Most balancers only last for up to 150,000 cycles, so the SpeedPlate will outlast the balancer.
