The SpeedPlate EVA v3 System is the ultimate wheel balancing solution. It’s an industry accepted fact that at least 70% of wheel balancing accuracy depends on the clamping tools rather than the wheel balancer itself. To achieve optimum balancing results, it’s necessary to center and torque the wheel onto the balancer.

Overview

Without the correct clamping tools, large remount errors are almost a certainty. Remount errors occur when a wheel is balanced to 0-0, removed from the balancer, remounted and balanced again. If the balancer at this point shows a new unbalance, meaning it’s asking for more wheel weights to be added, the problem is either a worn or incorrect choice of clamping tool. Vibration Solutions is an American brand that understands the fast, rough and tough environment that is today’s high volume shops. Their SpeedPlate EBA v3 is an excellent example of our commitment to the best possible balancing accuracy, ease and speed of operation, and incredible durability. All you have to do is rotate one gear and the other gears will follow along. Wheel balancing accuracy is optimized through the use of interchangeable torque tip, which will mirror the shape of lug nuts and therefore fit steel and alloy wheels correctly. Only the torque tips touch the wheel during balancing preventing potential damage to the surface of costly wheels.

SpeedPlate EBA v3 is designed to safely clamp and balance wheels without causing damage to alloy wheel surfaces or cracking plastic-clad wheels.
Made from an engineered composite material that is built for strength and durability. Due to the material and design, testing showed it is 10% stronger than previous aluminum versions.
Because of this material, manufacturing costs are lower allowing for a lower price without sacrificing quality and durability. Product has a manufacturer's warranty.

Gears are designed to release from the plate if dropped on a concrete floor avoiding damage. Simply snap back on and it is ready to use again without losing accuracy. (patented)
Engineered and tested for 400,000 cycles. Most balancers only last for up to 150,000 cycles, so the SpeedPlate will outlast the balancer.
