The SpeedPlate EBA v3 system from Vibration Solutions is one of the most intuitive wheel balancing solutions on the market. To achieve optimum balancing results and a smooth riding vehicle, it’s necessary to center and torque the wheel onto the balancing machine in the same manner the wheel is mounted onto the vehicle.

Overview

The SpeedPlate EBA v3 exemplifies Vibration Solutions commitment to providing the best possible balancing accuracy, easy and speed of operation, and incredible durability. Inadequate clamping tools often lead to significant remount errors. These errors occur when a wheel, initially balanced to 0-0, is removed from the balancer, remounted, and balanced again. If, upon remounting, the balancer indicates a new imbalance, requiring additional wheel weights, it's likely due to worn or incorrectly chosen clamping tools. Just rotate one gear and the other gears will follow along, and setup couldn’t be easier. Wheel balancing has been optimized through the use of interchangeable Torque Tips, which mirror the shape of lug nuts and therefore fit steel and alloy wheels correctly. Only the torque tips touch the wheel during balancing preventing potential damage to the surface of costly wheels.

This advanced system is designed to fit any wheel, with adaptors to fit 3-Lug, 4-Lug, 5-Lug, 6-Lug, and 8-Lug wheels.
SpeedPlate EBA v3 is designed to safely clamp and balance wheels without causing damage to alloy wheel surfaces or cracking plastic-clad wheels.
Made from an engineered composite material that is built for strength and durability. Due to the material and design, testing showed it is 10% stronger than previous aluminum versions.
Because of this material, manufacturing costs are lower allowing for a lower price without sacrificing quality and durability. Product has a manufacturer's warranty.
Super lightweight and easy to use. The only adjustable adaptor on the market that can be held and adjusted with one hand. (Patented)
Gears are designed to release from the plate if dropped on a concrete floor avoiding damage. Simply snap back on and it is ready to use again without losing accuracy. (Patented).
Engineered and tested for 400,000 cycles. Most balancers only last for up to 150,000 cycles, so the SpeedPlate will outlast the balancer.
